Education System for Supporting Technical Skills

Required technology in the market becomes complicated and sophisticated year by year. We establish unique education curriculum and train our employees.

We deliberately train fresh graduates and newly-hired employees in order to strengthen the basis.

We support on-site employees with “OJT (On the Job Training)” in which the team members teach and advice each other, “Stratified training” in which our employees assume a variety of roles in each organization, and “Voluntary entry training” in which employees learn technological skills that they cannot acquire through self-education.

We have a well-developed back-up system for the employees who are assigned.

In addition, we have lump-sum payment system for the employee who obtained the qualification and we also hold the internal programming contest to show their technical skills.
