Information Security Policy

Sobal Corporation works on information security with the policies as follows.

Our management is underpinned by confidentiality between clients and Sobal employees. Therefore, information asset of our clients and Sobal employees that we handle is vitally important property.

We recognize that it is a high-priority issue to protect these from threats on various securities, and comply with the information security policy below to strengthen the confidentiality continuously.

  1. We formulate and practice appropriate measures in order to protect information asset from threats on various securities.
  2. If an information security accident occurs, we respond promptly, analyze the causes, and take preventive action.
  3. We familiarize Sobal employees with the information security so as to increase alertness on security.
  4. We comply with the laws, regulations, contracts with clients, and other rules regarding information security.
  5. We promote the information security measurements, creating a working group “Security committee” that assists on the information security.
  6. We review constantly, maintain and improve the information security in consideration of development of technology, and internal and external environmental change.
